None of our recipes are considered raw. Our freeze-dried recipes go through a verified kill step that kills harmful pathogens, while preserving the nutritional content and flavor of the quality ingredients in our recipes.

Delivery schedules are set based on your dog's plan and their calorie requirements, but if can always pause, skip, or change your delivery schedule in your customer account.

A subscription makes it easy for you to always have the right amount of food on hand for your dog, without worrying about stocking up or running out. You can always manage your subscription by signing into your account.

Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time through your customer account.

After signing up, you can manage and update your subscription details, including shipping dates, portion sizes, and recipes, through your account.

To change your next order date, you can follow this link or the below steps:

- Sign into your account

- Go to the "Orders" page for the pet you would like to update

- Click “Reschedule” on the order you would like to change

- Update the desired ship date

- Save your selections

To change your dog’s portions and how often we send you food, you can follow this link or the below steps:

- Sign into your account

- Go to the "Plans" page for the pet you would like to update

- Click “Edit” under the "Portions" section

- Select the desired daily portions

- Click save
